Steamy videos have Ben and Jerry's steamed.
The ice cream maker is suing the adult porn company that makes "Ben and Cherry's" X-rated DVDs, saying it's tarnished the Ben and Jerry's name and reputation.
The lawsuit filed says the films violate the company's trademark because some of the X-rated names are also similar to ice cream flavors, like Boston Cream Thigh, and Peanut Butter D-Cup.
