Rings stolen from Ripton home

RIPTON, Vt. (AP) - Vermont State Police are investigating the theft of an engagement and wedding ring set valued at up to $20,000.

They said the Tiffany platinum wedding band and engagement ring set with a large diamond was taken recently from a home in Ripton. The victim is a 67-year-old woman.

State police are asking the public for assistance in finding the ring set.
