What single-payer means for small Vt. businesses

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

Vermont continues to move toward single-payer health care. The first phase is expected to be implemented in 2014. Vermont businesses with fewer than 50 employees will be required to drop their insurance plans by then and buy into the exchange. The goal-- have everyone covered by one insurance program in 2017.
