An accident this afternoon-- involving a farm tractor in the town of Orange-- claimed the life of a 62-year-old.
Police say Albert Morrie-- of Washington-- was driving the tractor on the Emery Road when he lost control. The tractor-- which was towing a wood splitter-- overturned and landed on Morrie. He was pronounced dead on the scene. The exact cause of the accident is under investigation. An autopsy will be performed.
