Repeat DUI driver stopped with child

SHOREHAM, Vt. -

Police say a Vermont woman was caught driving drunk again, and this time she had her young grandson with her.

It happened at about 9 a.m. Monday morning. Police say 61-year-old Tisa Farrow was pulled over in Shoreham with a blood alcohol level above the legal limit. Her 22-month old grandson was in the car with her. Farrow was also driving without a license -- it's been suspended because of a prior DUI conviction.
