FAIRFAX, Vt. -
Police say he drove his tractor while drunk and did damage to the road.
The Burlington Free press reports Dale Webb, 55, of Fairfax, told police he'd been forced off the road and accidentally dropped a chopping device from his tractor, which roughed up both his machine and the street.
But police say Webb's blood alcohol content was nearly three times the legal limit. He's scheduled to appear in court next month.
