CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - U.S. marshals in New Hampshire say they have found a man who left Massachusetts while on parole as part of an armed robbery sentence.

A parole warrant was issued on Sept. 14 for 33-year-old William Gervais, who went missing from a drug treatment facility in Jamaica Plain.

The U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and other officers found Gervais inside an apartment in Littleton on Tuesday. He was taken into custody without injury.

A judge ordered him to be returned to Massachusetts. Gervais was being brought to MCI-Cedar Junction in Walpole.

Gervais was on Massachusetts' list of 12 most wanted parole fugitives.
