Getting creative to match workers with jobs

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

The Northeast Kingdom has the highest unemployment rate in the state, but a new jobs initiative aims to change that. The goal-- get people back to work and meet the needs of employers. It's called Creative Workforce Solutions and it's bringing people together across state agencies.

Neil Morrissette and Hugh Bradshaw of Creative Workforce Solutions appeared on The :30 to talk more about the initiative. Watch the video for more.
