Emergency drill in Hartford Wednesday

HARTFORD, Vt. -

Hartford residents will see a flurry of emergency activity at the post office Wednesday night as part of a training exercise.

The Hartford Fire Department and state and federal officials will conduct a drill there designed to improve coordination between responders in the event of an emergency.

The drill will be Sept. 26 from 6-10 p.m. and during that time Holiday Drive will be closed.
