BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) - A Vermont woman has been accused of tying up and nearly strangling her boyfriend.
Pamela Levey pleaded not guilty on Monday to felony aggravated domestic assault after she was arrested Sept. 21 at her Bellows Falls home.
The Brattleboro Reformer reports a judge ordered the 51-year-old Levey held without bail pending the results of a psychiatric examination.
Police said the boyfriend was 64. It wasn't known if he needed medical attention.
