Allegiant to launch direct Plattsburgh-Las Vegas flights

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. -

Travelers flying out of the Plattsburgh airport will soon be able to fly directly to Las Vegas.

Allegiant Air currently offers nonstop service from Plattsburgh to Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and St. Petersburg, Fla.

The airline announced this week that they will offer similar service to Las Vegas beginning Dec. 19, with one-way fares starting as low as $150.

Allegiant and the other airlines flying out of Plattsburgh have targeted vacationers from the Montreal area, just an hour north of Plattsburgh.
