ST. ALBANS, Vt. -
A mystery outside the Price Chopper in St. Albans.
Teams of police officers searching for a missing man found a body-- believed to be him-- late Thursday afternoon.
Police say Frederick Bemis, 59, was last seen near the supermarket earlier this month and that he was homeless.
It is not clear what prompted the ground search or whether the death is considered suspicious. Investigators are waiting on autopsy results.
