Alburgh crash knocks out power

ALBURGH, Vt. -

A crash in Alburgh Friday morning closed Route 2 for about four hours and knocked out power to more than 400 customers.

Vermont state police say a pickup towing a trailer filled with fence posts lost control and crashed into a utility pole.

The pole has since been fixed and the power is back on. The road reopened at about 9:30 a.m.
