BURLINGTON, Vt. -
The keen observer may have seen a sign in downtown Burlington commemorating Little Italy, a neighborhood that was demolished in the 1960s to make way for the big hotels and condos you now see on the waterfront.
There are more signs to come and also an event to celebrate the neighborhood. Gina Bullard spoke with Adele Dienno, President of the Vermont Italian Club, John Varricchione, whose family once lived in the neighborhood, and Coby Brownell, who worked on the Little Italy project.
