The dispute over New Hampshire's new voter registration law is headed to the state Supreme Court.
The New Hampshire Supreme Court gave the parties until Thursday of this week to file responses.
At issue-- the state's new voter registration form, which makes voters sign a statement saying New Hampshire is their home and they're subject to all laws that apply to residents, like laws that require drivers to have New Hampshire licenses and car registrations.
Last week, a Superior Court judge sided with opponents who argue the statement disenfranchises out-of-state student voters who attend college in the Granite State.
