Some anxious moments for a family in
northern New York Tuesday when their child went missing.
The 2-and-a-half-year-old boy was
reported missing in the Ausable Acres neighborhood of the town of Jay at about
2:20 p.m. Tuesday. State forest rangers and state police began a search. The
boy was found about a half mile from where he'd last been seen and taken by a
ranger back to his family. The boy was fully dressed, except for his shoes and
in good health.
