HANOVER, N.H. -
Mitt Romney's eldest son, Tagg Romney, campaigned in our region Tuesday.
Dartmouth College was one of several stops he made. He spoke to college Republicans at the Rockefeller Center on campus. He said that while President Barack Obama's intentions may be good, he has bad policies for moving the country forward.
Tagg Romney told us before the event that young voters are an important factor in this election.
"We think that students really like my dad's message. People coming out of college and high school are having a hard time finding jobs. My dad has a plan to get people back to work and get the economy grow again," Romney said.
However, it appears to be an uphill fight for the Romney campaign. A new WMUR Granite State poll gives President Obama a double digit lead among likely voters in New Hampshire.
