
Bluebird Tavern in Burlington has been in business since 2009. The restaurant has broadened their business with a coffee shop on Church Street, and most recently with Bluebird Barbecue.

Bluebird Barbecue Rib Recipe
Apply rub and allow to sit for 12 hours
Smoke @ 225° until internal temperature reaches 195° or until the rib just starts to break when lifted. Approx. 3 - 4 hours
