How Fletcher Allen is working to improve safety

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

Getting reliable, quality health care is a priority for patients and hospitals, too. Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington has started using a new training Simulation Center to teach staff procedures and skills, and it's cutting down on mistakes.

Dr. Gilman Allen is the head of intensive care unit at Fletcher Allen Health Care. Here appeared on The :30 to discuss the Simulation Center. Watch the video for more.
