BURLINGTON, Vt. -
Hip-hop is a form of street dance moves that started in cities. But now the style has expanded and reached the Green Mountains.
Green Mountain Performing Arts has created a dance crew to help build young dancers' skills. Leading the group is Ernest "E-Knock" Phillips, who has an impressive dance resume, including appearing on MTV, and Kate Flaherty, who is one of his students. They both appeared on The :30 to talk about hip-hop. Watch the video for more.
