Archery season opens

MONTPELIER, Vt. -

It' the opening day of archery season in Vermont.

The 22-day archery season runs through October 28th.

A separate archery season in December coincides with the muzzle loading season.

The first archery season will be followed by the two-day youth hunting season in November. That will be followed by the 16-day rifle season, which begins November 10th.
