HARTFORD, Vt. -
State Police now a third car may have been involved in a deadly crash involving a pedestrian on Interstate 91.
24 year old Mikhail Lomakin was found dead in the southbound lane in Hartford around 2:30 Saturday morning after being struck by two cars. The drivers told police they thought an animal was lying in the roadway.
Now police believe a third car may have hit Lomakin, and the car may have damage to its windshield or front end.
Police are still trying to figure out why the Norwich man was in the roadway to begin with.
