NORTHFIELD, Vt. -
The state's health department says they hope a forum this week will help find new, more effective ways to curb college drinking.
They say an online survey from the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation shows a higher than average use of alcohol and binge drinking -- and more than double the national average marijuana use -- among students at 13 Vermont colleges.
The forum will be held tomorrow from 9:30 to 4 p.m. at Norwich University.
