Is Vermont's housing market starting to recover?

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

There are encouraging numbers in the Vermont housing market.

According to a RE/MAX report, Vermont experienced the largest year-over-year increase in median price in New England from last August to this August, up 3.1 percent. Home sales also jumped 16.1 percent while pending home sales increased 34.1 percent.
