BURLINGTON, Vt. -
Four months ago the Vermont Department of Tourism and Marketing declared it was inviting Vermonters to tweet under the Twitter handle @ThisIsVt.
The project gives people the chance to tweet on behalf of the state for one week. But is the honeymoon over?
