The Vermont Teddy Bear Company is
looking for a new leader.
The chairman of Teddy Bear's board
says CEO John Gilbert left "a week or two ago." He says Gilbert is
now the chief executive of the Famous Dave's restaurant chain, and was
experiencing personal issues that made it difficult for him to remain in
Burlington. He says Gilbert left Vermont Teddy Bear on good terms.
The Shelburne company has launched a
search for a new CEO.
