BURLINGTON, Vt. -
A change could be coming to your bottle of maple syrup. Vermont is considering changing its syrup grading system to create a unified system across the U.S. and Canada. For example, Fancy syrup would become Golden Color, Delicate Taste; and Medium Amber would become Amber Color and Rich Taste. But some people don't like the idea. Critics say it would be tough to re-educate consumers.
