Remembering Maura Finn

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

A woman recently featured in a WCAX News story has passed away.

Judy Simpson introduced us to Maura Finn, who was in the final stages of her battle against cancer. One of her last wishes was to ride a horse again. Her friends arranged for a pony and cart to be delivered to Maura's home in Burlington a couple of weeks ago. Maura grabbed the reins and got her wish.

She died Saturday. Maura Finn was 53.
