Peoples Academy hosting St. Johnsbury in Girls Soccer Friday afternoon, looking to keep an undefeated season alive. Peoples put a goal on the board in the first minute, but St. Johnsbury kept them off the board until the second half. Katie Stames sends a pass across the box to Katie Fish who knocks it home to put the Wolves up 2-0. St. Johnsbury breaks onto the board with under 16 minutes remaining when Heather Hilton finds the net off the long free kick to make it a one goal game. Peoples answers six minutes later, when Fish's cross slips past the keeper and Kelly Grimes puts the ball into the net. Peoples moves to 12-0 on the season with a 3-1 win over St. Johnsbury.
