
SPRINGFIELD, Vt. (AP) - Bullying prevention is the subject of a public meeting in Springfield later this month.
The Commissioner's Harassment, Hazing and Bullying Prevention advisory council will meet from 1:04p.m. Oct. 24, in the UVM Room at the Howard Dean Center.
The council will work on its top three priority issues: training for staff, students and parents; student leadership programs that support anti-bullying and anti-harassment efforts; and improving data collection systems for reporting incidents of bullying, hazing and harassment.
