
A Marshfied woman is raising money to complete a new documentary film.
A Vermont trial court in 2004 awarded Diana Levine millions from the drug company, Wyeth, for inadequate labeling that led to the amputation of her arm. The matter eventually reached the U.S. Supreme Court, which sided with Levine.
Kyle Midura spoke with Levine and documentary director David Parvey about the new film, Clipped, and why some drug manufacturers remain free of similar liability.
