Suspect arrested in UVM arson

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

Police suspect a fire over the weekend at the University of Vermont may have been arson.

Early Saturday morning first responders reported to a fire at the Wills Hall dorm on campus. The building was safely evacuated and the hallway fire was quickly extinguished.

University police arrested one suspect following their investigation.
That individual was arraigned Monday.
