Police say the driver who plowed into a soccer jamboree in Bristol this weekend was apparently suffering from a seizure and will not face charges.
Five people were injured, including two kids, after the out-of-control driver hit several cars and plowed into a field at Mt. Abraham High School. Six-year old Oakley Francis was pinned beneath the car. Family members say he underwent surgery for a broken femur but is otherwise okay. One adult also required surgery. Her status is unknown.
Police say no charges will be filed. They are also not naming the driver, but WCAX has learned it is the parent of one of the young soccer players.
