Windham County Prosecutors have reached a plea deal with the man charged in a shooting at a Brattleboro co-op.
Richard Gagnon is facing first-degree murder charges for shooting his then-boss Michael Martin.
Prosecutors tell the Rutland Herald they have reached a plea agreement, but will not release the details until next Friday.
Gagnon's mental state at the time of the shooting has been in question, but lawyers refused to release the findings from those examinations as well.
Martin's family is said to be aware of the deal and expected to testify at the hearing next week.
