Peru home destroyed in morning fire

PERU, N.Y. -

A New York home was destroyed in an early morning fire this weekend.

Firefighters were called to the mobile home on Blake Road in Peru just before 6 a.m. Sunday.

The Plattsburgh Press Republican reports one person suffered minor injuries.

That home is a total loss. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
