A New Hampshire man accused of sexual assault in a Vermont parking lot has pleaded not guilty.
Police say Jonathan Cutts-Sadis of Claremont allegedly picked up his ex-girlfriend back in May, drove her to the parking lot of the Country Kitchen and forced himself on her. He was arrested Monday after a police investigation.
The woman says the two had broken up -- and he was sending harassing text messages and calls to her.
Cutts-Sadis is being held without bail.
