Reporter Keith McGilvery brought the idea to channel 3 from his previous station. Each person gets a paper bag to decorate and then we all bring in candy to fill the bags -- and it's a competition too -- to see who has the best decorated boo bag. Different departments participate.
Kristin Carlson spoke with two of the judges, Jen Bergeron and Andrick Deppmeyer, from the WCAX Creative Services Department.
