RUTLAND, Vt. -

Rutland residents will get to voice their concerns about drug related crimes in the area tonight following the death of a local teenager.

Police say a man high from huffing chemicals killed 17-year-old Carly Ferro with his car in parking lot last month.

The goal of the meeting is to give an overview of the city's response to crime and quality of life issues and to get input from residents on what's needed to combat the problems.

That meeting is set for 7 p.m. at the Franklin Conference Center at the Howe Center.
