Man living in tent since Irene to get new home

WINDSOR, Vt. -

There are still people trying to rebuild their lives from Irene.

It turns out a Vermont man has been living in a tent almost 14 months after his rented home in Windsor was destroyed by last year's tropical storm.

Now, volunteers from Habitat for Humanity are building 61-year-old Paul Efstathiou a tiny but weather-tight cabin with no electricity or running water that should be ready by winter.
