Vt. Labor Commissioner Annie Noonan
MONTPELIER, Vt. -
Inspectors from the Vermont Occupational Safety and Health Administration are out in the field making sure work conditions are safe for all of those cleaning up after the storm.
"Take a step back and say is this the best time to be doing this and are we safe right now, and if the answer, you know, it can wait and you're not safe, then be safe -- that's the priority," said Vt. Labor Commissioner Annie Noonan.
VOSHA inspectors are also being stationed at Emergency Management Headquarters to give technical advice on health and safety issues
