BRATTLEBORO, Vt. -
Police have identified the driver who they say hit a person with a minivan at a party in southern Vermont before driving off.
Last night police caught up with 35-year-old Heather Birmingham in Brattleboro. They say during a fight at a party in Whitingham Saturday night, Birmingham used her minivan to hit a pedestrian.
She faces charges of negligent operation with injury resulting and leaving the scene of a crash.
