BURLINGTON, Vt. -
In 2010, 54-percent of registered voters cast ballots -- down from 72-percent in 2008 -- the last presidential election.
That's just above the average of 71 percent voter turnout that Vermont has had over the last five presidential elections dating back to 1992. Secretary of State Jim Condos expects to be close to that average today.
