Missing Fair Haven woman found in Missouri

DIXON, Mo. -

A missing Fair Haven woman has been located out of state.

Vermont State Police say 31-year-old Jessica Flanders was located and taken into protective custody in Dixon, Missouri. Authorities say she was contacted during a traffic stop in Dixon and was reported in good condition.

Flanders was reported missing Sunday from Rutland and was believed to be with 35 year-old Benjamin Davis of Dixon. Police said due to Flander's limited mobility, medical needs, and mental status, there was concern for her welfare.

Arrangements are being made to return her to her legal guardians in Vermont. No word yet on any charges in the case.
