DALTON, N.H. (AP) - The former clerk in the New Hampshire town of Dalton has pleaded not guilty to charges of theft and embezzlement.
Authorities said Sandra York stole $100 from the town's deposit slips.
WMUR-TV reports court documents say York was caught on a closed circuit TV system putting the money in her purse.
York's trial is scheduled to begin Dec. 31.
