Best bets when buying a generator

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

After Hurricane Sandy wreaked havoc on the Northeast many people were left without power. Generators helped some keep the lights on.

So, if you want a generator before the next emergency strikes, what should you look for? Peter Sawchuk of Consumer Reports gave us some tips. Watch the video for more.
