Controversy still swirling over Lowell wind turbines

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

The Lowell wind project has created a lot of debate, but the turbines are now spinning.

Seven Days writer Kathryn Flagg visited the mountain on two occasions; once with a supporter and once with protesters. This week she reflected on the project and got updated reaction. She appeared on The :30 to tell us about it. Watch the video for more.
