Senior forward Tory Allan and sophomore forward Gerard McEleney each scored twice, while sophomore goaltender Matic Marinsek stopped all 10 shots he faced to pick up a shutout in his first career start to lead the No. 2-ranked Norwich University men's hockey team to a 6-0 win over Southern Maine on Friday night at Kreitzberg Arena.

The Plattsburgh State men's hockey team capitalized on a late penalty by Buffalo State, rattling off three power-play goals to skate to a 6-1 win in a State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) game Friday night at the Stafford Ice Arena. Buffalo State captain Mike Zannella was whistled for a five-minute major and a game misconduct at the 13:55 mark of the third period after sending Plattsburgh's Michael Cassidy into the boards. Plattsburgh State seized the opportunity to blow the game open, netting three goals in 49 seconds to secure the Cardinals' largest margin of victory against the Bengals since 2009.

The 14th-ranked Castleton men's hockey team scored twice in the third period to draw even with St. Anselm as the teams finished with a 3-3 overtime draw on Friday night at Spartan Arena. The Spartans were forced to play from behind much of the night and were outshot in the contest by a 32-26 margin. Castleton moves 1-1-1 on the year while the Hawks drop to 2-0-1.
