The second will go from 4:45 to 6:45 p.m. on Nov. 19 at VIT studios in Bennington, Brattleboro, Johnson, Lyndonville, Middlebury, Montpelier, Newport, Randolph Center, Rutland, Springfield, St. Albans, White River Junction and Williston.
