WILLISTON, Vt. -
Police in Williston are tracking a flasher who was busy Monday morning.
They say a man drove up to a woman walking on Marshall Avenue around 11:30 a.m. and when she looked at the driver he exposed himself and drove off. Just 15 minutes later another woman told police she was in the parking lot at Home Depot when a man walked up, knocked items out of her hands and took a quote "inappropriate picture" of her.
The man is described as white, in his 20s, about 5'9" and skinny, with some facial hair and driving a maroon older model Jeep Cherokee.
