Montpelier man charged with lewd conduct

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

A man accused of exposing himself and masturbating in front of two University of Vermont students was arraigned Tuesday morning.

Jason Pugliese, 39, of Montpelier, faces lewd and lascivious charges.

Pugliese allegedly flashed the women on Pearl Street in Burlington.

Bail was set at $500 dollars. Pugliese has a curfew at night and is banned from the UVM campus.
